Steel Ball and Pebble Mills

Steveco manufactures a complete line of Steel ball and Pebble mills for every wet or dry grinding process for size reduction and for dispersion. Size ranges from 10 to 4,000 gallon capacities. Steveco Lined Mills are custom build to fit your requirements. Steveco's updated designs use spherical roller bearings to ensure smoother operation. Steveco stands are fabricated with steel plate and tubing with an integral motor base. The clearance between the mill shell and floor can be designed to fit your individual requirements. Different linings, such as, Hi Alumina, Buhrstone, Polyurethane and rubber are available. They are also available as a Steel Ball Mill, with a wear resistance Chrome Manganese shell.

Steveco Lined Mills can be designed with a Cooling Jacket for heat sensitive products. Designed and built to last this mill will provide years of service. Available with Ceramic, Buhrstone, Polyurethane and rubber linings. Unlined Steel Ball designs are also available.

Steveco mills can be fitted with Dustless Discharge Housings for Dry Grinding. The housing is split for easy installation. Machined rider rings and tension seals assure complete seal.

Steveco can design and manufacture Direct Drive Mills. The ring gear and pinion have been eliminated.


Steveco Lab Roller Mills

Steveco Lab Roller Mills are available in Single tier, Two Tier, and Three Tier units. Each Tier is powered separately and can be operated independently. With Adjustable rolls, each tier can accomodate any size jars. Steveco Lab Roller Mills are built to last using Polyurethane-covered rolls, roller bearings, end stops, heavy-duty steel frame, and right angle drive.
